May 14, 2018 – On Wednesday, May 16, The Winston-Salem Urban League will host its Spring Career Expo. The Expo will include over 30 top-tier companies in fields like communications, manufacturing, healthcare, finance government, education, human services, retail, construction and industrial services. The Spring Career Expo is made possible by Gold sponsorships by Food Lion, Pepsico, Inc., and RAI, British American Tobacco. Silver sponsors include Forsyth Tech, Herbalife, Panera Bread, Wells Fargo and WestRock. The Winston-Salem Urban League’s job and career programs are made possible through ongoing support from the Forsyth County United Way and Senior Services America, Inc. Prior to the Career Expo, the Winston-Salem Urban League, working with Forsyth Tech will host 5 workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and career readiness. Workshop details are listed below.
